Once the work got started the team were friendly and efficient. I appreciated that they didn't try to work during bad weather when there would have been a risk of rain getting into the house (even though they lose money on the days they don't work). Rapid Roofing was excellent. Their bid was very good - much lower than some and about the same as some others. I went with them on the recommendation of a friend who used them. They came when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished when they said they would. There were a few difficult areas to work on the roof, but the work they are seemed very experienced and knew exactly what to fix things as they went. They tidied up well after they were finished.

My moms house needed a new roof and she received estimates and quotes from 5 other companies, one of which said she had to make a decision that day or the price they quoted would increase. I sat through some of the sales pitches. To be honest they were all pretty much the same but my mom felt most comfortable with Rapid Roofing. Very professional, constant contact all the way through the project. The gutters were installed I believe by another company about a week later. Roof was done in one day, no damage to the house and everything was cleaned up. I guess I didn’t do the best background on the company because I didn’t see the one star review until today. My dealing with Rapid Roofing were the complete opposite of that review. Also one question i did ask, because of another companies pitch, was if they were veteran owned, which they are. Hopefully never need the warranty but so far everything looks great and would definitely recommend.

I first used Rapid Roofing in 2015 to put on a new roof on our house. They did a fabulous job. They were prompt, clean, professional & really nice. On July 7, 2021, a very large, old tree fell during the storm, hit our roof and then took out our gas meter. The gas company came and turned off the gas. The tree was laying across our driveway. We had roof damage that needed to be assessed and the roof needed to have an emergency tarp put on. I called Rapid Roofing that evening and received a call back within 10 minutes. One of the owners and a crew came out the next morning, assessed the damage to the roof and covered it with an emergency tarp. They found a limb sticking out of our roof and 3 very deep holes in our roof. They are coming back on Saturday to further assess the damage and discuss the plan for repair. I am so impressed with their very prompt response to our emergency situation. The owner and crew were pleasant, professional and clean. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofing.
