How Long Will It Take for My New Roof to Be Installed?
Most of our projects can be completed in just one day. Yet, every project is different. We can’t always promise a one-day installation, but we can guarantee your roof will be installed properly.
What Kind of Ventilation Is Correct for My Home?
Ventilation is one of the most important elements of your new roof and each home is different. This is why we recommend an attic inspection before roof installation. This helps us determine how well your current ventilation system works and if a replacement is required.
What Is Ice Shield?
Ice Shield is a thick, waterproof barrier installed on the most vulnerable areas of your roof. It prevents water and ice from entering your home when the weather is at its worst.
I Have Animals in the Attic…Does Rapid Roofing Remove Them?
We don’t remove animals from your attic. You’ll need to call an exterminator ahead of time to remove any unwanted pests.
Why Is the Manufacturer’s Warranty so Important?
Your manufacturer’s warranty is the most important part of your roofing system. It’s important to find a contractor who supports a warranty. Without it, bad roofing components such as shingles aren’t covered. Unfortunately, this means you’ll be left to foot the cost of replacement or repair.

We offer free in-home consultations to help you make the best decision about your new roof. Our process begins with a thorough inspection of the exterior and attic of your home. We then use drones and laser-guided measurements to design a roofing system engineering to your home’s exact needs. This covers all the required elements, including:

- Condition of shingles
- Flashing details
- Fascia boards
- Quality of gutters
- Masonry components
Most consultations take approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your roof.
Do You Offer Financing Plans?
You shouldn’t have to worry about paying for a new roof for your home. We offer many payment options such as same as cash financing and payments as low as $99 a month (with approved credit).

We do not install products other than our own. Why? All of our products are designed by the manufacturer to work together seamlessly. By not mixing parts, we can ensure a quality install with the reliability you can trust.
Do You Install Siding or Windows?
No, we just do roofs. Yet, “extras” can be included during this process. We don’t do one-off siding or window projects.
