I thought that getting a new roof would be one of my most expensive and nerve racking experiences until I did my homework and hired Rapid Roofing. My priorities were to use quality GAF materials, hire a contractor with skilled experienced roofers who are not subcontractors and a crew that cares more about doing a quality installation then even my demanding high standards. Above all I wanted a warranty that covers both material and labor for 10 years, since even with the best human effort an occasional problem can develop. GAF quickly narrowed down my contractor selection from dozens of roofers to just a few in my area that have earned GAF’s highest most prestiges contractor rating, the President's Club Award, and are entrusted to offer GAF's strongest warranty. Of all these contractors, only “Rapid Roofing”, met or exceeded all of my important requirements, and did so at a competitive price. Once I signed the contract, the Rapid Roofing organization (from office to installers) worked like a well oiled coordinated machine to do an outstanding job in delivering materials, roof installation and final clean-up. While the installation crew was excellent, the on-site supervisor Dylan, was outstanding. He was on-site 100% of the time, truly an expert on every aspect of new roof installation, oversaw every phase of the work, helped the installers wherever needed, took pictures throughout the installation and intelligently answered every question I had. Rapid Roofing earned my trust and respect for life. This company and crew get a 5+ rating!

Great service! I was in a time crunch to get things done and Paul came out on a Sunday morning to look the job over and give us an estimate. Cory took over from there and answered all of our questions. When the day came for install, Dylan and Josiah were the project managers and kept me informed every step of the way. Our facia had rotted behind the old gutters, and they quickly found cedar boards to replace the cedar that had rotted. José and his crew worked nonstop. They were all skilled and professional, and when they were done the only evidence of them having been there was the yard sign and the beautiful new roof. Couldn’t be happier.

Just had our entire roof done by Rapid. Couldn’t be happier. Dominic the project manager made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. A falling shingle tore one of our screens, and he made sure the screen was fixed and replaced before the roof was even done! His crew was prompt and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend Rapid Roofing in the future!

Best Quality, follow-up, warranty, price, customer service. Jason our project manager was on-site the entire time and made sure everything went correctly. Paul M. our sales rep was very thorough explaining the entire process. The roofing Crew from Rapid Roofing did an AMAZING job and tremendous cleanup!!!!!!! Everyone was so NICE and Professional. We just got our roof done by Rapid Roofing. Our home has a pretty large roof expanse with multiple pitches and angles, so we got quotes from numerous companies. We picked Rapid for multiple reasons - quality of materials, warranty, price and customer service. Callout to 2 employees:Sales rep Ryan, was exceptional. From the first meeting till completion of job, he answered every question without showing any impatience or being pushy. Some aspects he had to explain multiple times so we could make an informed decision. He was polite, friendly, courteous and very pleasant to work with.Project Manager Jason. Was on the site from start to finish of the project, taking care of every concern onsite and following up with me regularly. Respectful, courteous, friendly and very pleasant too.I don't select contractors lightly. I educate myself before I listen to their pitch. I would recommend them highly.
