My home is quite old, and we knew it would require a number of repairs when we purchased it. We chose to address the roof first because a faulty roof is plainly a safety hazard. We received quotes from other locations in the vicinity. We weren't necessarily seeking the lowest price, but rather the most qualified business for the work. I believe we have found this in Rapid Roofing. They were prepared and able to immediately begin the replacement. Additionally, they were terrific communicators and highly professional. The project was completed a day early, which was a pleasant surprise, and the roof looks amazing. I could not believe what I was seeing. I am delighted by the service.

Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the work and love the way our house looks. The roof was completely very quickly. In an effort to be completely transparent I will say that the siding and porch projects took a very long time to complete and there were long periods of time where no work was done. I had to call and email in order to get information on the progress, which honestly was quite stressful and frustrating. It seems that there was some staff turnover that may have led to this, but it was the worst part of this process. Everyone I spoke to though was very professional and polite. While I am happy with the way the house looks, I am hesitant to go with them again unless it was for a roof.

After watching RR install two roofs in our neighborhood in a week, it was a no brainer.
