We had a super complex re-roofing situation, with high vaulted ceilings, poor ventilation and many moving parts. Our attics and decking were completely contaminated with mold, and my family had been evacuated from our home. It was traumatic, to say the least. Lee went above and beyond in working with us, from start to finish. Not only did he and his team design a solid ventilation system and meet the need, but he truly cared about what my family was going through. While the job was not without challenges, and there were a couple issues we needed to address, we can't imagine working with anyone else but Lee and Rapid Roofing.

Jason from sales was great. He was engaged and responded to questions quickly given the complexity (shingles, solar, metal). Jess and Brad did an amazing job with their metal work. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you all for the fantastic roof!

Rapid Roofing replaced our roof at the end of the summer. From the office staff to Jason, our salesman, to the crew that installed the roof, they were honest, upfront professionals. Appointments and install were on time as scheduled. All my questions were answered. Even when a cosmetic crack in a bedroom ceiling which showed from having workers in the attic, my concern was addressed immediately and Rapid had a professional call and schedule that slight repair.All cleanup was done well , leaving no debris behind. I highly recommend Rapid for their skill, work ethic, professionalism and quality product at fair pricing.

We had Rapid Roofing out to do a new roof and gutters on our house and garage and new siding on the garage. Chris was our salesman, he was super nice and informative, Dave our project manager kept the project on schedule and the crew were nice and respectful. Great experience and great work. I would recommend them.

My wife and I are in our mid 60s, and are retired on a fixed income. Seven years ago, our unwed daughter Jaime, died shortly after giving birth to her fifth child. We immediately took them into our home and have since then adopted all five. We live in a two bedroom home and are on our fourth year of a second floor home edition project. We have exhausted all of our savings on this project and our second floor addition has no gutters and is causing a foundation issue with water running off the roof down our Basement foundation wall Causing occasional flooding in our basement. Recently, we ran into Jake Simon a representative of Victor’s home solution and talked about OUR STORY. He immediately showed sympathy and concerned and asked for our contact information. Within a few days, we were contacted by Jake and he told us that a Victor‘s Home Solutions inspector would be paying us a visit to give us a quote on the work we need done. Donte Rivera, a Victors Home Solutions inspector came out to our home to give us an estimate. We were hoping for some kind of good deal that we could maybe take a loan out to pay for overtime. we desperately needed gutters to prevent a Potential Foundation issue. Donte was incredibly friendly, Respectful and polite. He took the time to go over everything with us and explain everything that they would be doing. Then he told us he would go out in the van and work on the estimate. A while later, he came back into our home with his laptop and showed us all the things that they would be quoting the price on. He then turned his laptop screen toward us and says this is how much you would owe for this job. On the screen was a big green ZERO. My wife and I looked at it with confusion and then he explained that Victor’s Home Solutions would be GIFTING the entire job to OUR FAMILY. Our jaws hit the floor and we immediately THANKED GOD for Victors Home Solutions. We literally cried with disbelief and thankfulness that GOD BLESSED US with the encounter with Jake and Victors Home Solutions. These guys finished a metal roof on my house about two weeks ago. The roof looks great, and was surprisingly affordable!The installers truly cared about my house and took pride in what they were doing. They worked HARD, and got the job done when they said it would be. They also reported that the company treats them well, which means a lot to me because it is a sign I'm working a company that is likely to be ethical and responsible.Our neighbors were also impressed, and say they are likely to hire them when they need a new roof in a few years.Also worth noting: their service department came out and patched-up our old roof so it wouldn't leak while we waited for the new one. They came out quickly after our roof was already finished to fix a (slightly) damaged piece of siding. In other words, they seem like good people who go the extra mile to earn your business.
