We had Rapid Roofing out to do a new roof and gutters on our house and garage and new siding on the garage. Chris was our salesman, he was super nice and informative, Dave our project manager kept the project on schedule and the crew were nice and respectful. Great experience and great work. I would recommend them.

My wife and I are in our mid 60s, and are retired on a fixed income. Seven years ago, our unwed daughter Jaime, died shortly after giving birth to her fifth child. We immediately took them into our home and have since then adopted all five. We live in a two bedroom home and are on our fourth year of a second floor home edition project. We have exhausted all of our savings on this project and our second floor addition has no gutters and is causing a foundation issue with water running off the roof down our Basement foundation wall Causing occasional flooding in our basement. Recently, we ran into Jake Simon a representative of Victor’s home solution and talked about OUR STORY. He immediately showed sympathy and concerned and asked for our contact information. Within a few days, we were contacted by Jake and he told us that a Victor‘s Home Solutions inspector would be paying us a visit to give us a quote on the work we need done. Donte Rivera, a Victors Home Solutions inspector came out to our home to give us an estimate. We were hoping for some kind of good deal that we could maybe take a loan out to pay for overtime. we desperately needed gutters to prevent a Potential Foundation issue. Donte was incredibly friendly, Respectful and polite. He took the time to go over everything with us and explain everything that they would be doing. Then he told us he would go out in the van and work on the estimate. A while later, he came back into our home with his laptop and showed us all the things that they would be quoting the price on. He then turned his laptop screen toward us and says this is how much you would owe for this job. On the screen was a big green ZERO. My wife and I looked at it with confusion and then he explained that Victor’s Home Solutions would be GIFTING the entire job to OUR FAMILY. Our jaws hit the floor and we immediately THANKED GOD for Victors Home Solutions. We literally cried with disbelief and thankfulness that GOD BLESSED US with the encounter with Jake and Victors Home Solutions. These guys finished a metal roof on my house about two weeks ago. The roof looks great, and was surprisingly affordable!The installers truly cared about my house and took pride in what they were doing. They worked HARD, and got the job done when they said it would be. They also reported that the company treats them well, which means a lot to me because it is a sign I'm working a company that is likely to be ethical and responsible.Our neighbors were also impressed, and say they are likely to hire them when they need a new roof in a few years.Also worth noting: their service department came out and patched-up our old roof so it wouldn't leak while we waited for the new one. They came out quickly after our roof was already finished to fix a (slightly) damaged piece of siding. In other words, they seem like good people who go the extra mile to earn your business.

Excellent job with metal roof install. Even more difficult as they had to coordinate with separate insulation company - took off roof deck and foam-sealed from the backside of the ceiling. This took significant coordination. They were also willing to follow-up on the small remaining items on the punch-list when the project was done.

I had a roof leak and the roof was not at all ventilated from the past work. Rapid Roofing gave me a good budget quote that worked super well for me for the work that the roof needed. The craftsmanship of Dylan Barror from Rapid Roofing was commendable. He did an awesome job of doing the repair on the roof, adding ventilation. He cleaned up after the work was done completing the job perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Our house has a steep, technical roof that was 24 years old and needed replacing. I considered 9 roofing companies, and it came down to 2, and I chose Rapid... and was not disappointed!They have dedicated sales staff that conduct very thorough walkthroughs, looking outside as well as inside.. no detail was too small. They keep their scheduling commitments. Arriving at a final contract went smoothly.Execution was excellent! Communication is good. Scheduling was convenient. Materials showed up a few days before, everything ready to go.On install day, around 6:30am, I'm on the couch having coffee.... and a couple of trucks quietly roll up. Within 15 minutes, a crew of about 10-12 were outside. At 7 am there was, I'll call it "an explosion of work". Some Installers were busy setting up barriers while others got up on the roof. They careful removed my 12 volt wired yard lights and put tents over ornamental trees. Barriers put down where old roofing material would fall.They got busy, everyone knew what to do and they just kept moving. They were cheerful and coordinated. Several times the lead came to me to verify/confirm details so things were done the way I wanted, especially for my fans and vents. He had me turn each on to verify that they were connected and working as expected. Despite the "rapid" pace, no detail was overlooked.The landscaping and lights were re-wired, reinstalled exactly where they were, landscaping was as it was before.I retired from a project management career, and appreciate a well run project. They did this large, steep and technical roof in a day!I also needed gutter work and that happened a few days later. Same good coordination and schedule with another energetic an communicative crew... I got questions/confirmations about details and great work.

Wonderful experience. From beginning to end this was wonderful. Great communication throughout the entire process. They completed our home and garage roof .The crew was very respectful and cleaned up VERY well around our property and to any materials that blew to surrounding homes.Dominic went above and beyond and Ryan was beyond a sales man he was like our concierge point of contact throughout the entire job and beyond.We are very happy with our new roof just in time for the changing of seasons.Highly recommend
