The roof looks awesome Brent Miller was the sales consultant did a mighty fine job from start to finish would recommend rapid roofing to do the job .I still advertise your business also they did an awesome job for my daughters house brent took time to fix the leaks after the storm can wait to have brent look at my other to daughters houses on the next storm also trying to get my neighbors houses to go with your business but brent is like family to me with a great attitude give him a raise the number 1 man of the year thanks Jerry Phelps

RoofLet’s start off by staying wooooooow! Rapid Roofing is really RAPID! I started with another company and they could not provide what State Farm insurance company was asking for. It was very simple information. I never had to make an insurance claim before and this was not my home(it’s my grandparents home). The desk adjuster gave me the ok to just look for another contractor/roofing company. She gave me a list of State Farm preferred roofing companies, and they were at the top of this list. In 24 hours I had a new contractor! Let’s talk about Brent! He was and still is after the job, absolutely amazing! He understood my grandfather condition and was very very patient with him, he spent 3hrs walking him through the process… In my eyes (20-30mins) was really only needed. He’s great !!!!! He knows what he’s doing and if you’re looking for an easy process! Ask for Brent when you are calling rapid roofing the Michigan location! I hope I’m not spelling his name wrong! But Dominic the field supervisor and his team got the job done in 6-7 hours! The roof and garage. That was like some super power, robot and gladiator type of work. I still can’t understand how did they get the job done so fast! Their team work was unbelievable, even helped my disabled grandfather on to the porch!!! I have to give rapid roofing 10 stars! Initial consultation:I was impressed with rapid roofing during my initial consultation for a quote with Brent Miller who by the way went above and beyond expectations. He was very informative and thorough. He was the only consultant that we got a quote from (there were 3 before) who went in the attic and took pictures. The roof had been leaking for months, even with the tarp that we currently had on it which not to my knowledge was damaged. Brent told me that he could not in good conscience leave the roof that way and took it upon himself to repair the tarp and it didn’t leak at all after. That sealed our decision to go with Rapid for our roof replacement. Because of my schedule we did not have the roof repaired for over 3 weeks after Brent left. And seemed to rain every other day but whatever he did to fix the tarp was great because it never leaked during that time.Demo and replace day:I guess they do not call themselves Rapid Roofing for no reason. When I tell you that Dominic Rowe and crew came to work, they came to work!They set up to make sure to keep the mess to a minimum, moved patio furniture out of the way and made sure to cover landscaping so that nothing was damaged.My home is 4000+ square feet so I thought it would take at least 2 days to complete. Nope they had the entire roof demoed and installed in one (1) day. Dominic kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure to update me with photos, issues and called me out several time to check progress and make sure I was satisfied.Clean up could have not been more perfect. I have not seen a left-over nail or debris since they left. They moved all the patio furniture back in place and dumpsters were gone by the next morning. I cannot stress how happy I am with my choice!!!

In the last 6 years, I've chosen Rapid Roofing to do 2 re-roofs at separate residential locations, both in competitive bid situations. I would like to recommend them as THE model for good customer service as well as for top notch roofing installation in SE Michigan. I would not shop elsewhere, after 2 excellent experiences with Rapid. My recent sales contact, Jason Siefert, was knowledgeable, low pressure, and in constant communication about all aspects of the project. He suggested appropriate technologies for a difficult roof ventilation problem that were new to me, a retired general contractor with some roofing experience. The well-coordinated, efficient crew took great care of my fairly- complex roofing project, and their gutter subcontractor produced unequaled (high) quality in seamless gutter installation. The cleanup was thorough, leaving the property beautified. As a former engineer and licensed general contractor with good and bad experience in selecting subcontractors, I am about as detail oriented as they come (ask Jason). But I can be satisfied with a well-executed job, and that's what I got with Rapid Roofing. It's so refreshing to have this feeling at the end of a job.
