Rapid roofing" team did a fabulous job, I was away working whilst the work was in process , but saw the progress for each of the first 3 days in the afternoon and on the 4th day the final touches were done. The work looks first rate and all of the old gutter was removed very neatly without any drama or mess. After recently moving in to our house we discovered that our old roof was tired and well and truly in need of replacement.We contacted with "Rapid roofing" company.They heard and inspected our roof. The work was started within just a couple of days. Despite finding a few surprises and challenges with the job there were no surprises with the ultimate invoice.The boys battled through challenging weather and with the job almost finished at the time.Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

The services provided by Rapid Roofing were outstanding right from the beginning. For a number of years, we had contemplated changing the material of our roof. We discussed the desired timeline with them, as well as the pricing, and he was very helpful. Recent rains caused a leak in our roof, so we had to replace it. Rapid Roofing responded quickly to our request for an estimate, provided us with a reasonable price, and handled everything else. We have just completed the replacement of our roof as well as the installation of rain gutters in our home. They included the cost of replacing all of the plywood that was required for the project at no additional cost, which, in my opinion, made the price reasonable in relation to the size of our roof. Additionally, he did not add any additional costs for removing the numerous layers of our outdated roof. They took care of getting the permit, and I did not receive a separate bill for the city fee. Because of this, the price that we had in our estimate was the same price that we had in our contract as the final cost, and I really liked how there were no surprise charges after we had signed the contract. Their level of professionalism, along with the speed with which they complete their work, has left me extremely impressed. The results of the project left everyone, including the city inspector, with a positive impression. Additionally, their crew cleaned up after each and every working day. Will most certainly recommend them to others.

Excellent service from start to finish, we used Rapid roofing to clean our existing roof. All the team members were extremely polite, on time and highly professional. They left the roof and all surrounding areas of the house spotless.After the cleaning / pressure washing they returned on a different day to spray the tiles a slate grey colour and I can honestly say it looks like a brand new proof.Highly recommended.

My home is quite old, and we knew it would require a number of repairs when we purchased it. We chose to address the roof first because a faulty roof is plainly a safety hazard. We received quotes from other locations in the vicinity. We weren't necessarily seeking the lowest price, but rather the most qualified business for the work. Once the work got started the team were friendly and efficient. I appreciated that they didn't try to work during bad weather when there would have been a risk of rain getting into the house (even though they lose money on the days they don't work). After everything was completed and I had paid there was a minor issue with the guttering. I messaged them about it on a Sunday evening and they showed up the next day with their ladders to sort it out. Great service!

This was my second time with Rapid for our roof repair. During the recent heavy rain fall, we noticed a water leak in one of our closets ceiling. Abe from Rapid followed up shortly after I called them and came next day to inspect. Their repair team was able to come within 2 days and I was given full detail of what was wrong and what they were doing while they were working on my roof. Very professional and everyone I spoke with and worked with were nice and helpful. Strongly recommend them!!!

The work was completed over a couple of days and it looks fantastic! We had an independent roof inspector take a look at the end work and he was extremely complementary- his words: “it’s really nice to see the work from someone that knows what they are doing!”. He didn’t have a single critique to the work. The roof inspector was happy with the final work and I was very happy too.

My neighbour and I decided that our roofs needed replacing. Everyone from the surveyor to the workers were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately things were delayed by problems with the gable end which were unforeseen and not discovered until my old roof had been removed. As this job now involved bricklayers a certain amount of delay occurred due to other jobs having to be reorganised so they could sort out the problem. The roof was made watertight and when the new tiles were ready to be fitted they worked hard to compete. My thanks to all for jobs well done, especially the brickies. However communication between the office and us the customers were poor and need improvement which is why Findleys did not get the top mark.

I first used Rapid Roofing in 2015 to put on a new roof on our house. They did a fabulous job. They were prompt, clean, professional & really nice. On July 7, 2021, a very large, old tree fell during the storm, hit our roof and then took out our gas meter. The gas company came and turned off the gas. The tree was laying across our driveway. We had roof damage that needed to be assessed and the roof needed to have an emergency tarp put on. I called Rapid Roofing that evening and received a call back within 10 minutes. One of the owners and a crew came out the next morning, assessed the damage to the roof and covered it with an emergency tarp. They found a limb sticking out of our roof and 3 very deep holes in our roof. They are coming back on Saturday to further assess the damage and discuss the plan for repair. I am so impressed with their very prompt response to our emergency situation. The owner and crew were pleasant, professional and clean. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofing.
