Everyone at Rapid Roofing from sales, scheduling and service were excellent. Sam Liechti is a great salesman. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and was very thorough in explaining the materials and process. Sam even came back after the job was completed and secured my roof antenna wires better than they were initially. Zach Liechti and his crew were awesome. They finished and were gone within 3.5 hrs. The crew who replaced my gutters were also excellent. Very quick and efficient. A job well done! I would recommend them to anyone!

We are very satisfied with our new roof. They removed all of the shingles and replaced everything within two days. After they cleaned up their inspector, with us, toured the outside of our house making sure the work was properly done and no garbage left behind. It has been a year plus since the roof was replaced, and we have experienced no leaks. We are very happy with the work they did.

I contracted with Rapid Roofing for a new flat roof, shingles and skylight; also to complete a gutter/downspout job. Their service was absolutely wonderful. Communication was prompt and responsive, and when the unexpected caused some issues, they were quick to respond and correct in a timely and professional manner. Their workmanship is wonderful; customer service bar none. They obviously take pride in their work and I have no hesitation to recommend Rapid Roofing as a preferred contractor.

We were pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail. We have a number of skylights on our roof and it is a low slope so the installation of ice shield and proper flashing was very important to us. The new style of shingles is a nice change.

Rapid Roofing came to repair our garage roof, install new gutters and help with the installation of rain barrels. They were able to complete the job in 2 days as promised. We did not get a chance to test the quality of their work because if refused to rain for over some weeks after our installation. Needless to say the first day of rain had us checking all the work they completed.

Eric came to our house and reviewed the job to give us a quote, the pricing was better than their competitors so we went for it. They started the job on time, but when the job ended up being much more work than they expected they confirmed they'd honor the original price with no hesitation. The work ended up being finished in one more day than expected and the extra work (both inside the house and outside) ended up being exactly what we'd hoped for and Mimi made it all happen. We would absolutely recommend them.

I had 3 other companies come out to give me quotes on a new roof. The last one was Rapid Roof of Ypsilanti. I spoke to Paul Marinelli, project consultant who sold me the job. He even looked in the attic and took pictures and explained what needed to be done. Before he left, I knew I was with the right company. I received all information in writing. On the day of the job, I met Zachary Liechti, project manager, who went over everything again with me. The roofing, cleanup and timing all went well. I could just about write a book about this company and their employees. I made the right choice.

This company was great from the initial contact with the sales team and on site quote to the final finished product. Paul was very informative on all roofing materials they use and what to expect During the process. Paul was not pushy or high-pressure sales very easy to talk too. Victors Roofing sent out a sales guy that was almost laughable way too pushy and outrageously priced. Victors also never went in attic nor Mentioned anything about the bathroom vent fans that needed to be vented through the roof. Paul thoroughly Inspected my attic he was up there for at least 15-20 minutes taking pictures which really shows how much they care and Making sure there was adequate ventilation.The install date was a little delayed because of the weather which it’s Michigan you can only expect it but when I called to check on the status they got back with me within 5 minutes.The day of the install went Very smooth they arrive at 7 AM sharp and started right away they were done by 5:30pm and dumpster was removed by end of day. The foreman Brent was very informative and kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They were very careful not too damage landscaping plants and shrubs. They even were able to reuse gutter guards which He said might have to be replaced! They cleaned up very thoroughly and even installed 2 vent fans for my bathrooms. All around a great company definitely the best money I’ve spent in a long time!

After getting quotes and inspections from three other Roofing company's, some big names some small, the quoting experience from Rapid Roofing was so far above the others i could already tell this company was different, no uncomfortable pushing, no upselling nothing of the sort. Sheila was attentive, smart, and on time. She explaining who Rapid Roofing is and why they actually have a real warranty. She made her way into my attic, spotted a few more issues that added a about 20% to the cost.. damn good thing she went in there, none of the other companies did this. Nice part ? The install team delivered on her promises.Brent Miller led the crew of what seemed like 15 or more guys arriving at the crack of dawn and instantly making me feel comfortable with what they were doing. Met with Brent several times throughout the day to address small aesthetic choices and one item that could not be found during inspection but needed addressing.. and that did at a little bit more to the cost (about 5%) but again, with quality installers doing things the right way.. I'm happy to do react to things like this, its completely expected..The way these folks at Rapid Roof take care of you and do such a good job, cleaning up like they were never there (its actually cleaner than when the arrived), its really solid. Never a complaint, the team was highly skilled and quiet all day. Very professional indeed.Are they the cheapest? No, i don't think so.. but in the end would i recommend to my friends and family, absolutely 100 every time. Great job!

Rapid Roofing installed a new solid surface roof (typically used for commercial flat roofs) four years ago. A substantial limb 'speared' the roof creating a hole, from the extreme winds.I called the Rapid team at 5pm, and by the next day at 10am the Rapid team was at the house, explaining the damage and recommended repair. By 11am, the roof was repaired!This team is outstanding to work with! Thank you Corey and Gilmer!!

Free estimate given on historical house repair in community. This home was one of the original homes built for auto workers who migrated from the southern apalachians to the community of Brighmoor. Inspection of repair included pictures and detailed measurements of all needed repairs. No sales pitch to urge us to hire them. Professional concern for the safety of workers who would perform the job, and the tremendous cost to us as the owners. Certainly will utilize their service in the future.

I recently bought a house and wasn’t sure of the condition the roof was in. So I contacted a few roofing companies to receive estimates with Rapid Roofing being one of them. My wife and I worked with Sam and he was a very knowledgeable, straight forward and friendly salesman that really took the time to give us details and further enlightenment about the entire installation process and the roofing products. The price was competitive and we really liked how the workmanship/product was going to be backed up with a great warranty. The installation crew was very friendly and they did an excellent job cleaning up the site after the install. We were very impressed when the driver showed up to pick up the dumpster trailer and he went around the house making sure nothing was missed. We had Ryan out to quote our tear off/replacement roof job. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. He got on the roof, in the attic and explained every step of the process with my husband and I. Permits/scheduling took about 3 weeks, and the workers got the job done in 1 day!! We have a 2,600 square foot home, and had two layers to rip off, so I was impressed they were able to finish everything in one day. They cleaned up the area, and Ryan our salesman even came back out to check on the job and to make sure we were satisfied. One area of our lawn got drove over by the dumpster, but Rapid Roofing came out to stamp it out, and will be back out in the Spring to plant new seed for us. (The job was early winter, or they would have planted seed immediately). We met with 4 companies for our roofing needs, before deciding on Rapid Roofing and we are very satisfied with our choice! They did a great job, and we have the peace of mind with their warranty as well. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for your roofing needs!

Needing such a major project done on my home was pretty stressful, but the first person I met from Rapid Roofing really changed the whole experience. I’m very satisfied with them.From the sales rep (Dave Lanue) at the beginning and all the way through the completion of the project. Everyone involved was great. The project Mgr ((Brent Miller) made sure all my concerns were addressed. Very professional! As a matter of fact there was another project Mgr (Jeff Beaty) who also helped address any concerns. In addition, this company was so happy to please some of the of the company upper mgt came out to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. Recently has a roof replacement done by Rapid Roofing - complete tear off and new shingles - home is a 1200 square-ft single story ranch.Overall my experience was very good and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof installationNolan was the sales consultant who initially came for the inspection and estimate. He took his time and did a very through inspection of the existing roof and attic space - taking plenty of pictures. A couple days later, Nolan returned to go over the estimate in great detail and brought many sample shingles so I could compare the different colors available. I was impressed how detailed the estimate was including detail measurements of my house and required materials to complete the job. Note: I had another estimate from a different company where the rep simply walked around the house and gave an off the cuff figure (no details etc.). Of the three estimates I had, Rapid Roofing was the company I ultimately went with.2 weeks later the installation crew arrived (8 workers) and Cory the site leader. They installed a tarp system around the entire house and protected all the windows and doors with sheets of OSB. The installation went super smooth with no complications or other issues. The crew was very hard working to say the least and they had everything completed in about 7-8 hours. The clean up was also very good and I was only able to find a couple nails the magnets missed.The next day after the install, Nolan came by to make sure everything was OK and I explained a couple of minor concerns that were taken care of the next day. So overall a very pleasant experience with an end result that really transformed my house.

After much consideration when getting a new roof, the moment we met Ryan our sales rep. we knew Rapid Roofing was the right choice. The Warranty they offer speaks for itself and I know I’m in good hands. One of our pickets on our fence was damaged and before I even noticed Ryan was already on it getting it taken care of. I cant say enough good things about this company. Ryan B was with us from start to finish. From the inspection to the day of installation and even days after. Everyone treated us fantastic. We were so comfortable with them. We had other companies give us quote, however the warranty rapid offers speaks for it in itself. This is for my elderly fathers roof. David Lanue came out gave him an estimate when he said he would, right on time. He wasn't pushy, very thorough and made my dad feel very comfortable and was honest. He gave them a deposit on Monday morning it is Thursday afternoon and his roof is done. Tore off the entire roof replaced a lot of plywood installed new roof, done. He is very happy with the service he received. Also their price was less than a quote I received last year from another company. When David came to pick up the final payment he had all the paperwork with 50 year warranty backed by Rapid Roofing and GAF (shingle company). Thank you Rapid Roofing

When our roof was first done they really messed up the roof siding and they had to come back three times also the chimney was not secured properly and it leaned. Developed a roof leak in our laundry room which messed up the ceiling after two calls they sent out a tech that was so scared of covid he would not enter the house to inspect the vent pipe for the furnace looks to be broken and he fixed it with a bungee strap. He told my wife he would have some one call. After two weeks I called and was told someone would call me the next week. Two weeks later I called them again and was told someone would call me.I'm at the point where I'm going to get three estimates to do it properly and take them to court.A phone call and a plan to fix it is all we are asking.In response to Bill.We had cancelled our first appointment due to Covid quarantine when the quarantine had ended we rescheduled your tech said he was uncomfortable due to a family member had died of covid.He should not have been sent out or at least rescheduled.The pipe is broken above the roofline.We took down the ceiling and it is not disconnected or broken under the roof.Your roofing people broke it and tried to repair with a boot. It was not flashed properly.He tied it up with bungie cord what kind of repair is that...why has no one called me back.Update received a call from Paul very nice man and he is looking into it now.We now have a plan in the works. Thank you Paul for the responce

Please read this review if you are considering rapid. Buying a new roof is a very big purchase so I encourage everyone looking to do as much research and price comparison as possible.Tldr: Rapid is a good company especially their staff, but keep an eye on the contractors they hire and hold them accountable for anything they do or don't do.I have to split this review into two parts. The first part is for the staff of Rapid, who are great and I think I'd give a 6/5 if I could. I had in issue with the installation and I also happened to have a picture of this issue and they did everything they could to rectify it especially the on site manager, Brent. I really have to give a shoutout to him, he did such a good job with communication and making sure I was satisfied with the trust I put in his company. They sent out a service crew right away, then the fixed the issue over the next two days. They truly do honor their reputation and want to do right by the customer. Even the sales person I originally spoke with was very patient and always go back to me if he couldn't pick up the phone (which he usually would). The Rapid team is really really good, I can't stress that enough!(part 2) The contractors they hired, however, I think deserve a 1/5. These guys were a team that have been doing this work for 12 years (apparently) and decided to take shortcuts. What shortcuts you ask?1. Not properly installing underlayment over my front porch and a bit over the garage.1. Leaving a bunch of trash and nails in my yard after their alleged "clean up". When the service crew came in they did a complimentary clean up and they found at least 30 nails in the yard.2. Damage one of my cheap patio tables. Not too upset about this one because it's a really cheap table but still just shows they didn't handle with care.3. Didn't blow out the gutters. There was a ton of residue (from the old roof) in my gutters and even a full set of nails. This is literally what they are supposed to do after the job is done4. There was a corner piece that was sticking out. Functionally I think it was fine but it was an eye sour.Please note that all these issues were fixed or dealt with after the initial install.Now I really ripped into the contractors and to be fair it was getting pretty dark and it was a colder day when they were installing, but that's not an excuse. They could've come back the next day to finish the job they didn't need to cheat. Also despite the fact that I had a bad experience with them (contractors) I don't think they will repeat this. It seems like rapid laid into them pretty hard and will be keeping a closer eye on them to make sure this incident doesn't happen again.So yeah despite this I do recommend rapid, but do yourself a favor and buy a cheap camera that has a time lapse feature and record them while they work. Not sure if that's considered rude, but it's to protect yourself so I think it's ok.

Great company & Very honest. I called and spoke with Barb who was extremely friendly. She gathered all my information and passed it to the person who makes the schedules. I got a text to let me know my apt was scheduled. Only took 2 days from start to finish to have my repairs complete. John and another employee completed my repairs. Took before and after pictures to show the damage and completed work. He even offered to email me the pics. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience start to finish on our roofing project (Dec 2020). Paul was fantastic to work with on the sales side. Didn’t waste time, did a thorough attic inspection, and was prompt with follow up. Extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the work and love the way our house looks. The roof was completely very quickly. In an effort to be completely transparent I will say that the siding and porch projects took a very long time to complete and there were long periods of time where no work was done. I had to call and email in order to get information on the progress, which honestly was quite stressful and frustrating. It seems that there was some staff turnover that may have led to this, but it was the worst part of this process. Everyone I spoke to though was very professional and polite. While I am happy with the way the house looks, I am hesitant to go with them again unless it was for a roof.

Nearly 6 years ago, Rapid Home Improvement ( Rapid Roofing) replaced our: roof, vents, gutters, down spouts, siding, fascia, garage door and window trim. They also added insulation under the siding and put blown in insulation and new vents in the attic. The insulation has saved paid huge dividends over the years, and it is so quiet inside the house.WE ARE 100% SATISFIED! Had a quote from Seth and Derrick. These guys were the selling point . Honest and to the point. I had 5 quotes and they were the only salesmen that got on the roof. There price was in the ball park and the material was better then the other quotes I got. I decided to go with Rapid Roof because they were more professional then the rest. Derrick and Seth were very nice and looked in the attic. They found wet insulation which will need replacing. They made some good suggestions also. I did not like that it could take 3 weeks to start the job. I am waiting for the estimate now.

Our roof needed to be replaced because of wind damage. RapidRoofing had a good BBB rating so I contacted them to repair it. It was a very good decision to have them replace the roof. Most of our communication was with Derrick Yates. My husband and I were pleased with the kindness Derrick showed us. His communication with us was top notch. He communicated with the insurance company and kept us updated on the process. He stopped by a few times throughout the process. It was so cold out and Derrick was out there taking as many measurements of the roof as he could. He had to come back later in the day to finish because of frost on the roof. His professionalism is impressive.Weather delay was the only issue we had throughout this process. (Unless you include the person who stole RapidRoofing sign from our yard to stop us from promoting their business). Replacing the roof and cleanup took less than 5 hours. Really impressive!!! An inspection was done. Derrick and Paul came over to see if we were satisfied with the outcome. We love our new roof and the great job RapidRoofing did. Our neighbors commented on how nice the roof looks. So I highly recommend RapidRoofing if you need a new roof.

Our roof was about 20 years old and we had some roof leaks due to a bad storm. After fighting with our insurance company for a long time, we finally had to replace the roof out of pocket. My first experience with Rapid Roofing was back in April 2017. Bill met with me to inspect our roof and he recommended a maintenance plan which included adding additional vents and installing new flashing around the chimney. We discussed pricing and it was more than reasonable. His is crew came out in May of 2017, was polite, professional and did quality work. This past November, I noticed a leak in our living room and contacted Bill. We scheduled a time for his crew to inspect it and in fact discovered the issue was structural issue with the chimney. After a hail storm hit our area this year, I reached out to Rapid Roofing for an estimate. They earned the job by being very knowledgeable about their product and the process (sadly, this wasn't common among the 5 different companies I met with---a lot of companies glossed over the details or were tripped up when I asked questions). They were timely, efficient, and easy to work with. The new roof, window flashing, and gutters on my house look great, are made well, and was all completed within 1 week of start. The process was remarkably unremarkable---exactly what you want when getting a roof replaced. Will use them again in the future!
