Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the work and love the way our house looks. The roof was completely very quickly. In an effort to be completely transparent I will say that the siding and porch projects took a very long time to complete and there were long periods of time where no work was done. I had to call and email in order to get information on the progress, which honestly was quite stressful and frustrating. It seems that there was some staff turnover that may have led to this, but it was the worst part of this process. Everyone I spoke to though was very professional and polite. While I am happy with the way the house looks, I am hesitant to go with them again unless it was for a roof.

I'm happy to report that, despite the dismal trend in recent years, Rapid Roofing still values its customers. The professionalism, responsiveness, and caliber of work produced by the Core employees demonstrate that they genuinely care. After they replaced my entire roof, I had one tiny issue, but they went above and beyond to come out and make sure it was resolved right away. I heartily endorse them!

They came when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished when they said they would. There were a few difficult areas to work on the roof, but the work they are seemed very experienced and knew exactly what to fix things as they went. They tidied up well after they were finished.
